Two-piece 2-1/8" tall celluloid figure of Mickey Mouse unscrews apart at waist, revealing reservoir that holds now dried-up pad of lip balm. Made in France as noted in small text on underside of feet, along w/small "Heliotrope" label, the name of a flower, either noting the original pink-purple hue of the balm (now faded) or the scent. 1930s. Mickey has arms painted onto body and paint accents on shoes and face. Tiny 1/8" long sliver off one ear edge, o/w VF. First we've seen of this charming Mickey Mouse product in our 47 years.
