Item Description
Lot consists of 4x7-7/8" flyer promoting Sheffield Sealeact Eggs "Shmoo Decorations For Easter Eggs." Each cartoon of Sealeact Eggs would contain a sheet of 12 Shmoo eggs stickers during this c. 1949 promotion. Die-cut flyer has aged strip of tape at top and moderate age staining as one gummed on back. VG/Fine. Comes w/complete 1-3/8x5-7/8" sheet of 12 stickers, featuring six different images of Shmoo, including "The Sheffield Shmoo, Super Shmoo!, Chief Sitting Shmoo, Shmoosic In The Air, Lefty O'Shmool" and "Captain Kidshmoo." Unused but lightly aged and VF overall. Rare and first we've seen.
