This is a beautifully designed 1.75" unlisted piece with a celluloid front and concave tin reverse. A small loop at the top once suspended it from a ribbon badge. Featured below and within the wings of a very aggressive looking American eagle are oval portraits of TR & Fairbanks. A flag is positioned diagonally with just a touch of red coloration. The celluloid is covered in craze lines most about 1/32" or less although at the far right a vertical hairline runs the length just in from the right edge. The piece still displays extremely well and has full gloss. Only example we've seen.
