Item Description
36" long metal air rifle w/wooden stock. Daisy, 1936. "Buck Jones" engraved name on left side just above trigger in nice scroll design. Black metallic finish has scattered oxidation marks but retains some reflective finish. Stock has built-in celluloid-covered working compass inscribed "Daisy." Celluloid worn w/dust soiling/aging. Stock also features "Sundial" lines and numerals stamped in. This area is clean. Sundial pointer is missing, as is usual (but easily replaced). Scattered wear. Fine overall. Comes w/nicely framed magazine ad featuring image of Buck Jones and this rifle as well as other "1886-1936 Daisy Golden Jubilee" air rifles.
