The cartoon button is Hake #61 with the slogan being a reference to the smash hit movie of 1939 Gone With The Wind. Here however it also serves to caption the cartoon elephant who lifts his rear leg and, in a cloud of gas, expels a donkey from his rear end. The button is Exc. and displays Mint. With it comes a 'first we've seen' 2.5x4" card with a similar cartoon image although on this one the elephant holds a "Willkie" pennant in his trunk. Card has a couple of hairline tan streaks. Blank reverse. VG and even rarer than the scarce button.
