Hake #4. 2.25" button with spring pin holding 5" ribbon reading "Democrats From Cambria-Indiana/Armstrong-Somerset Counties/Johnstown, Pa." Reverse has back paper by maker Keystone Badge, Reading, Pa. Tiny hairlines off the gray metal collet. Front of the piece has barely seen .5" hairline of air at right and a couple of other scattered tiny air dots all of which are quite minor and with normal viewing the piece displays glossy Mint. The Hake 2004 guide value for an example with no ribbon is $900.00.
