18.25" wide by 51.75" tall by 20" deep metal wire collapsible rack has rack spaces for eight magazine titles, each published by McFadden and w/tin placards on fronts of display areas listing titles. c. 1938. Magazine rack comes w/magazine examples from the late 1930s to the early 1940s for each of the eight titles showcased on the rack and include - "True Story (3), Movie Mirror (8), Radio Mirror (4), True Romances (3), True Experiences (3), True Love And Romance (2), True Story (3)" and "True Romance (3)" for total of 28 different magazines. Issues have varying degrees of handling wear/aging w/pinch creases and wear to spines. Most are Fine overall. Rack has some aging/wear to wire surfaces and title placards. Fine/VF overall. An exceptional display piece.
