Item Description
First is fabric and woven metal thread badge from a series made in India that were used for both Ike and Nixon. Next is 1.5" we've not seen before and reading "I Like Lazy Ike." Curl has name of maker Wendell's. Next is .75" reading "I For 52." Apparently using the single initial of Ike's nickname was enough to signify support. Fourth item with Morse code is Hake #118 and it translates to "Ike". Next from 1954 or 1956 reads "You've Never Had It So Good/Vote Republican." Next is 7/8" with date that equates to 1952. Last reads simply "Dwight." All are NM displaying Mint. Julie Powell Collection.
