Item Description
2.25" made by his home state button maker Wendells, Minneapolis. At the lower corner of his shoulder at right is a small raised bump caused by the horizontal bar pin on the reverse. There are just the tiniest and faintly visible pinpoints of age on the cream background. These are above and below the U.S. Capitol at left and two to the right of his head but really of almost no consequence as they are barely seen. Button has extremely high gloss and perfect centering. Unlisted in Hake and a scarce early Humphrey button.
