Item Description
Toy has total height of 12.25", the celluloid Mickey Mouse figure itself being 4.5" tall. Made in Japan, 1930s. Distributed by Geo. Borgfeldt Corp. Toy is mostly celluloid w/pair of metal bells attached to one of Mickey's shoes, celluloid base w/built-in key and bottom of base is wood. Works, Mickey spins, ringing the bells, parasol also twirls and is designed w/accent strands that have celluloid ball attachments. Complete w/all balls, a few having minor indents, a few w/small holes along seams as made. Underside of dome has four hidden metal bells. Mickey has minor indent on back of pants. .25" chip to wooden base. Defects are mostly minor in scope and toy still displays Exc. From the Maurice Sendak Collection and comes with COA.
