11x14x.75" deep cardboard box w/illustrated lid label contains M.R. Chesney Co. cut-out circus set. c. 1910. Box lid has three side panels loose (but included) and box bottom has three corner splits. Box is just Fair/Good, but nicely illustrated lid label still displays well. Set is complete and contains four American flags on wooden flag poles, large die-cut cardboard Big Top circus tent w/multi-national flags decorating it and two single-sided 10.75x13.75" cardstock sheets w/great images of circus animals and performers designed to be cut out and folded in half, both sides providing an image on each side. Animals include - tiger, camel, lion, polar bear, horses (w/performers), clowns, zebra, monkeys, elephant, rhino, hippo, etc. Sheets remain uncut w/just lt. aging/wear. VF/Exc. Circus tent has 2.5" tear at bottom and is Fine/VF. Comes w/fragile and worn instruction sheet which has archival tape repairs to back and is just Good. Great graphics.
