Item Description
Each is 1-1/8 litho distributed in cereal boxes. Those in green and blue were issued in 1943. Those in brown were issued in 1945 with four of them featuring artwork style images and then the same identical planes were repeated more in a photographic style. The green planes in this group are "Lockheed Lightning (P-38)" and "Consolidated Vultee B-24 Liberator." The first has 1/8" paint spot off the center with a little lesser paint wear below and to the left. About 95% of piece retains its color and gloss. The second is about as nice as these come. Couple tiny wear traces but Exc. Among the brown planes the first and last are the photographic style while the center is the artwork style. First is "North American B-25 Mitchell." Second is "Grumman F6F-3 Hellcat." Last is "Martin B-26 Marauder." Some tiny scratches on the tail of the first, couple tiny paint dots off below the plane on the second and the third is about 99.5% Mint.
