Lot of two over-sized sticks of chewing gum issued by Yankee Doodle Gum Co. c. 1938. Each comes wrapped in 2.75x13" waxed paper wrapper featuring 13 different images of Dopey, including him playing a drum, chewing gum and blowing bubbles. Margins of wrappers haves coupons for premiums which are listed across the top and include - an issue of "Mickey Mouse Magazine," Lucky Turtle w/Snow White character decal, singing lariat and magic invisible ink. Each stick of gum was issued w/an 11" cardboard insert, being either a ruler or "Dopey's Dominoes" game. Both offered here come w/domino game. One pack has been opened and has broken stick of gum, but o/w just shows lt. wear/aging and is VF. Other remains sealed sealed as issued w/intact stick of gum. Exc. Scarce.
