Interior pictures many service bars that are official government issues while at the bottom this bar is pictured with text below "Captain Midnight Distinguished Service Ribbon." Back panels have explanations about the government issued bars as well as the Captains. A little tan tone on the folder but extremely clean and VF. The bar itself is essentially Mint. Comes with pair of 3-3/8x4.25" four page folders that came with premiums. The first titled "Directions For Using Your 'Printing' Initial Ring By Captain Midnight." Second is for the "Spy-Scope."
