each 2-3/8x2-7/8" ©1937. ACC# R23. Issued to promote BLB's, there are a total of 224 cards in this set featuring seven different characters, each in a 32-card subset. These are from the Popeye subset which is numbered 65-96. Cards in this lot are: 87 featuring Wimpy and 93 w/Popeye. Both cards have obvious wear/aging w/creases. Good. The scarcity of these cards make it one of the most difficult 1930s sets to complete.
