Item Description
Original cardboard box w/illustrated lid contains 11" long tin litho friction toy made in Japan by Bandai and distributed by Frankonia. 1962. Car features detailed tin litho interior, plastic-covered headlights, extending metal aerial (to attach "Flags Of All Nations" printed on lid side panels) and working friction mechanism. Plated grille and bumpers. Small Ferrari emblem on hood and "Ferrari" license plate. Trace of aging on hood by plated intake, but o/w NM. Box features uncut "Flags Of All Nations" and is variety that shows three different cars (Mercedes limousine, Ferrari and Rolls Royce) on main lid panel. Lid shows handling wear w/some scattered dust soiling and creasing. Fine.
