The deal to produce these tablets was finalized in 1929 w/a handshake and $300.00 cash payment to Walt in a New York hotel lobby. The name of the company was never recorded by Walt. Front cover shows moderate wear w/1.5" tear at center by spine and heavy creasing at bottom right (w/tape reinforcement on back). Cover is Good/VG. Scarce and historic Disney item.
