20.5x45.5" all wood construction w/large color decal at top showing schoolroom scene w/Minnie Mouse as teacher, Mickey Mouse painting his name on a large banner, Donald Duck w/noisemaker and Mickey's Nephews playing leapfrog. Framed pictures of Horace Horsecollar and Clarabell Cow hang on wall. This decal is bordered by alphabet and number strips at top/bottom. Made in England by LB Ltd., as part of their "Tri-Ang Series." 1930s. Decals show wear w/scattered flaking to alphabet strip and a few tiny flakes to main decal, though not distracting. Mickey image has some hairline scratches. Rest of chalkboard (which features hinged easel legs secured by metal chain) shows scattered wear from use, as does chalkboard area. Top right has some chipping to wooden edge. Fine overall, but main decal remains clean and VF. Rare and first we've seen in our 48 years.
