Item Description
27x48.5" rug has fabric nap and features the flags of China and the US at top corners w/flags of Great Britain and the Soviet Union w/clasped hand at top of large oval that features caricature image of Winston Churchill's face, w/"Victory" at top and flanked by "1939" and "1945" dates. Bottom corners feature British Lion and Unicorn w/British Union Jack shields. Rug shows wear to nap by Churchill's face and edge wear. Lower right corner shows moderate wear. VG overall. Rare World War II era item.
