Item Description
c. 1935 set "No. 306/2." Wind-up tin litho engine is 7.5" long w/"Silver Link - 2509" designation on sides and comes w/key and works. 6" long tin litho train car has the same image on both sides while the roof panel is plain yellow and slides off as designed. Sides are marked "Mickey Mouse Band" and show Mickey as conductor leading band of Fifer and Fiddler Pig and Donald Duck. 4" long coal car is marked "Mickey The Stoker" and features 2-1/8" tall composition Mickey Mouse figure that shovels coal. All three bear Wells company mark. Scattered wear from use w/traces of oxidation to small nicks/scratches. Fine/VF overall. Comes w/six 13" long circular track pieces to form full circle. Scattered lt. wear and oxidation. Fine-VF overall.
