Item Description
Lot of six nice quality over-sized 9-5/8x12.75" studio-issued photos used to promote the 1934 MGM Tarzan film "Tarzan And His Mate," the second Tarzan film to star Johnny Weissmuller in the title role. From a numbered series, offered here are #1-4, 6-7. All but one feature Weissmuller and all but one feature actress Maureen O'Sullivan, who played Jane. Photos have some slight margin trimming, but all photo images remain complete. Pinholes at corners/top center. Photo showing Tarzan w/Jane over his shoulder shows heavy wear at top left and is VG. Rest still display Fine w/great images.
