The MLB team now known as the Baltimore Orioles originated in Milwaukee as the Milwaukee Brewers before moving to St. Louis, MO., where they played for more than 50 years as the St. Louis Browns before moving to Baltimore in 1954. Lot of six pieces of ephemera related to this historic baseball team includes two spring training schedule and roster folders (1939 and 1952), two regular season schedule and roster folders (1948 and 1950), 1953 press/radio/TV guide and 5.5x8.5" sheet of unlined stationery w/Browns letterhead, c. 1952. Folders each measure about 4x7.5" to 4x8.5" and show varying degrees of handling wear, w/pinch creases to spines and corner tip wear. Fine-VF. Press/radio/TV guide has heavy pinch creases and is VG. Stationery is unused and Exc.
