Item Description
13.75x20" embossed tin sign reads "We Serve Whelan's Ice Cream." 1930s. Sign was made by Scioto Sign of Kenton, OH. and was likely displayed in a restaurant or drug store. Scattered lt. wear in the form of small nicks/scratches w/1.5x3" area at upper right w/loss of gloss as produced. Left 4.5" margin has some lightness due to aging to rest of sign as stored over the years. Fine overall, but still displays nicely.
