Item Description
Pair of large gas station advertising display signs. First is 38x50.25" paper sign for "Cities Service" station, featuring large image of excited-looking woman and "Powerful Appeal - New 5-D Premium" text along w/station logo. 1955. Scattered margin wear w/small tears and handling creases. Lower right has faint .25x10.5" streak of margin aging but o/w sign still displays VF. Second is 32.5x48" paper sign for "Shell" stations, featuring little girl by Christmas tree, her new puppy giving her kisses. Text reads "May All your Christmas Wishes Come True" and sign features Shell logo. 1960. Trace of even aging and lt. margin wear. 3/8" impression mark just left of Shell logo. Still displays Exc.
