Listed as GMcC-1 in Sullivan/Fischer reference. Reads "McClellan And Pendleton" with an oval portrait at center and an eagle at top. While Lincoln ribbons from the 1864 campaign are scarce their McClellan counterparts are even more so and are very offered infrequently. Tiny 1/16" spot to the left of portrait at 9 o'clcok. Exc. displaying NM. Rare.
