Item Description
2.5x4x1.25" thick painted metal bank designed like a suitcase, including separate carrying handle. One side features "Mickey Mouse" name/image decal, opposite side features simulated travel sticker decals reading "Destination Wealth City" and "Thrift Hotel Mickey Mouse." Automatic Recording Safe Co. of Chicago. c. 1935. Missing key. Scattered wear mostly in the form of small decal flakes on both sides. Mickey side has about 85% of decals remaining while travel sticker side has about 90% remaining. Bank's textured surface has some aging/dust soiling. Fine overall. Rare.
