Item Description
Original cardboard box w/nicely illustrated lid contains 6.5" tall tin litho toy w/built-in key on underside. 1950s. Box has lt. even aging and shows lt. corner/edge wear w/creases at edges. Box remains tight and VF. Toy depicts Minnie Mouse in a rocking chair, complete w/original rubber ears (which have hardened w/age but are complete) and she holds a pair of metal rods representing knitting needles w/attached piece of fabric. Toy works and rocks back and forth as she moves the needles as if knitting. Minute scattered paint nicks. Glossy and Exc. Choice condition example. From the Doug & Pat Wengel Collection.
