Item Description
9.5x12" sheet of animation paper has 7x11" image area done in lead pencil. Scene depicts full body images of Mickey and Minnie Mouse walking along path as Minnie's former boyfriend Mortimer Mouse peeks from bushes. Publicity art is attributed to Tom Wood and was produced for the 1936 Mickey Mouse animated short "Mickey's Rival," which featured the first appearance of Mortimer Mouse. Sheet is lightly aged w/some lt. handling wear but art area remains Exc. Wonderful scene.
