Item Description
16x20". Hake #2006 with a $525 2004 guide value. Oval portraits of candidates flanked by American flags with an eagle at top and text "American First" at bottom. Additional text at lower right and left list each candidate's biography. Items featuring the 1920 Democratic ticket of Cox and Roosevelt are always desirable and this is among the most graphic of the few posters made. 4.25" horizontal crease at top right but not separated. Also 3.5" hairline tear to the left of Cox in the field not effecting graphic and repaired on reverse with archival tape. Despite flaws still impressive and VF. Don & Mildred Wright Collection.
