9x5". Features eagle, wings spread, perched on a shield. Draped flags encompass portraits of candidates. Additional text reads "Constructive Americans". Small text at bottom edge reads "Paste This On Your Windshield Or Window Republican State Committee, S.F.". Less than 1/2" separation and 1/8" chip at extreme left. 1/4" separation at 6 o'clock. These are very minor defects and don't take away from this impressive display item. Unlisted in Hake guide. Exc. Scarce. Don & Mildred Wright Collection.
