Item Description
First is 5x7.5" cloth-covered first edition "Sylvie And Bruno" hardcover published by Macmillan and Co. in 1889. This edition features 46 illustrations by Harry Furniss. Gilt cover design and page edges. Spine has faded w/age and has 5.5" vertical split. Front cover has some bubbling to cloth cover w/two .5" spots of moisture staining. VG overall, w/interior pages remaining clean and Exc. 5x7.5" cloth-covered "Alice's Adventure In Wonderland" hardcover is the first edition published by E.P. Dutton and Company in 1929. This edition features several illustrations throughout by Willy Pogany including full color endpapers. Spine shows heavy age fading and moderate wear to top/bottom. Covers have corner tip wear and are VG. Pages have scattered handling wear/margin aging w/scattered small tears to margins. Fine.
