3x7". Graphic depiction of eagle in flight holding portrait of Franklin in its beak. Images of Liberty Cap, American Flag and printing press complete image. Caption at bottom reads "New York, July 5th 1841". Some loss at top left and 2 tiny holes; one at left of printing press other between 'T' and 'Y' in 'Society'. VF.
