7.25x10.5". Dated January 13, 1977 and addressed to Mrs. Myrtle W. Moon. Excellent content about election of Jimmy Carter. Reagan writes in part "Somehow I Just Can't Get My Mind To Accept That Fellow As President." Adding later "You Can Depend On One Thing. I Will Not (underlined) Be Going To The Inaugural -- Thank Heaven." Signed boldly at conclusion "Dutch". Moon was the first person to hire Reagan in the entertainment field at WHO Radio in Des Moines, IA. Dutch was a nickname Reagan used when signing to personal friends. Mint. Comes with Hake's COA and JSA LOA. Rare.
