1-3/4" thick brass w/his name and portrait plus "Fourth Inauguration 1945." Reverse shows early ship w/many sails and rim inscription reads "Thou Too Sail On O Ship Of State-Sail On O Union Strong And Great." Tiny finish rubs at 12 and 6 o'clock not affecting the front and of little consequence w/finish about 98% perfect. Only 3500 pieces were made. Exc.
