Item Description
Original cardboard box w/illustrated lid contains 11.25" long nicely designed tin litho car. Made in Japan by Alps, late 1950s. Black and white exterior w/nicely detailed red/blue/white/yellow tin litho interior w/separate plastic steering wheel and vinyl driver figure from the waist up. Vinyl sirens on sides of hood and wire antenna at rear. Painted hood ornament. Underside has directional control and car goes forward/backward and makes left/right turns. Plated grille w/plastic jewel headlights/taillights. Front/rear bumpers have "Lincoln" license plates. Flashing dome light on roof. Works w/gun noise and light flashes. Scattered lt. wear in the form of small nicks/scratches. VF overall. Box shows moderate scattered wear w/aging to lid, but corners are free of splits and comes w/original cardboard box insert. VG.
