Item Description
5-3/8x6-1/8” heavy metal plate with large jugate portraits surrounded by ornate designs with the candidates’ full names below. The identical design, in a much smaller format, appears on Hake #3010, a Garfield Ribbon also reading “City Of Woodbury Republican Club”. Plate has small pieces of metal missing from each of the corners and there are three mounting holes with two along the top edge and one at the center left, apparently all as made. There is a 2.5” scratch line on the right side of the Garfield image but it blends well with the only other traces of age a few scattered dots of green corrosion. The plate is of the size that would have been used to imprint a bandana or something similar. Likely unique.
