Item Description
12.75x14.25" double-sided thick cardboard sign w/brass grommet at top for hanging display. Though not signed, sign features wonderful cartoon art of Pete, the Pepsi-Cola Cop by noted cartoonist Rube Goldberg. Pete walks along, his billy club in hand as he gestures towards "Buy Pepsi-Cola Today" word balloon. 5¢ price is below balloon. c. 1940. Scattered lt. handling wear w/some color rubs, but pull is o/w bright and glossy. VF overall.
