Item Description
4x7.25x2" deep wooden clock made in Germany, 1920s. Face of clock features painted image of "Max Und Moritz" comic characters w/die-cut eyes. Clock is complete w/pine cone counterweight and pendulum but is not working. Max and Moritz's eyes are designed to move back and forth as seconds tick. Painted portion has some vertical hairlines to paint as aged and painted pupils on separate eyes show wear. Fine/VF overall. Rare.
