Item numbers 1 through 1007 in auction 214
Item Description
First is 7/8”. Button displays cleanly but in reflected light the upper half has many scattered craze lines. Celluloid is not raised up at all and from most viewing angles the piece actually still displays Mint. Second is same design but in the 1.25” size. To the left of his face is a virtual pinpoint dot and just above a 1/16” hairline scratch while on the upper right edge between 1 and 3 o’clock there is just the slightest trace of a little scattered age stain. Vast majority remains clean and glossy. Smaller button is unlisted in Hake while larger is Hake #7 with 2004 guide value of $467. Don & Mildred Wright Collection.
