Item Description
Hake #2033 with 2004 guide value of $231. Piece consists of a 2-5/16” tall piece of celluloid with an extension that wraps over the top and is 5/8” deep on the reverse. This would allow the piece to be slipped over the page of a book or it could be intended to slip over a pocket edge. On the bottom .5” right side of the piece there is slight roughness to the surface which may be a thin layer of transparent glue. The small mark it makes shows only in reflected light and the piece still displays NM if not Mint. Unusual, rare and attractive. Don & Mildred Wright Collection.
