Bottom two are brass luster with embossed lettering against black enamel paint background. One is “Keep Hoover/Be Safe” and the other is “Don’t Swap Horses/Keep Hoover.” This has small speck of black paint off right edge but otherwise, except as noted, all items are NM displaying Mint.
