Item Description
5.5" tall (8.25" tall to top of handle) tin sand pail features embossed sides w/two different beach scenes depicting children. One shows couple walking on beach as men point at ships in bkg. Other scene features young boy w/fishing pole and basket of fish, children w/dog and two young girls on small boat. Lighthouse and ships can be seen in bkg. Scenes are separated by wonderful Art Nouveau flower designs. Gold luster handle. c. 1900. Scattered lt. wear w/some small spots of bare metal showing. Handle has slight bend. Interior shows moderate wear to silver flashing, but pail appears to have had little to no use. Fine/VF.
