Item Description
These 14 items are 7/8” to 2.5”. Group begins with a lapel stud from 1896 reading “I Sell/The World/New York/For/One Cent.” Most of the following items include the word “Newsboys” or “News Boy” or “Carrier.” Fourth item in row 1 is an actual “Permit” badge with serial number. First item in row 2 is a double sided celluloid fob with reverse reading “Selling Agent For Grit America’s Greatest Family Newspaper.” In row 3 first item is for an “Agent” selling “The Saturday Evening Post” with image of Ben Franklin. A very clean group with all NM to Mint. Also see 1940 exposition button #738. Many items in this lot are rare.
