8.25" tall (11.25" tall to top of bulb socket) figural ceramic lamp w/figure of Davy Crockett holding rifle next to tree while small bear sits on other side. Incised "Davy Crockett" name appears carved into tree trunk. Premco Mfg. Co. (see plaster lamp by same company #2025), back of base reads "Copyright Premco Mfg. Co. Chicago - Apr. 1955." Lamp works and base remains glossy and is o/w Exc. Comes w/original 6.5" tall tapered heavy paper shade. Shade has "Davy Crockett" name and various frontier scenes including Davy riding bear. Shade shows wear w/.75" tear/split at top of large Davy image's head and archival tape repairs on interior to 1.25" and 2" tears. VG/Fine.
