Item Description
Pair of straight razors, first is 6-1/8" long (9-3/8" extended) w/ivory handle. Made by George N. Attaya Co. w/"George N. Attaya Co. - Portand, ME. - English Steel" text on one side of blade at base. Other side features "Rex Sox 1915" text, noting the year the Red Sox won the World Series. Handle has some scattered aging and blade has a few small spot of oxidation. Fine/VF. Comes w/original cardboard case w/repeated text from blade on one side in silver lettering. This shows wear and case is Fine overall. Second features translucent red celluloid handle w/incised "Red Sox" name on one side. Blade has large "Red Sox" name on same side at base while other side has "T. Noonan & Sons Co. - Boston Mass. - Germany" text, indicating blade was made in Germany and sold by Noonan & Sons. c. 1910s. Razor has lt. aging and wear but is o/w Exc.
