Item Description
4" long by T.P.S., Japan. c. 1960. Lt. box wear mostly to plain blue bottom. VF/Exc. Toy is tin litho w/felt outfit. Has attachment of a metal rod w/four celluloid spinners. Toy works. The seal goes forward then stops and raises up on rear flippers. Front flippers move continuously as do the spinners. One spinner has a tiny split at top but stays in place. Pinpoint paint nicks as produced but still NM.
