Pair of 8.5x11.5" Large Feature Comics, both varieties published by Whitman (No. 715) and Dell (No. 7), ©1939 The Lone Ranger, Inc. Covers include "Based On The Famous Radio Program" text. Each has 48 pages w/text story and bw story art. Whitman version has pinch creases (w/.75" tear) to spine and scattered soiling at upper right of front cover. Back cover has 1/8" edge nick. Fine. Pages are evenly aged to cream in color but are o/w VF. Dell version has pinch creases to spine and corner tip wear w/circular mark to Lone Ranger's leg on front cover. Fine/VF. Pages are evenly aged to cream in color but are o/w VF.
