Item Description
20.25x23" frame contains lobby card that has been mounted to board and professionally matted to 10.5x13.5". For the 1940 spy thriller directed by Alfred Hitchcock. It tells the story of an American reporter who tries to expose enemy spies in Britain, a series of events involving a continent-wide conspiracy that eventually leads to the events of a fictionalized World War II. This scarce lobby card features one of Hitchcock's most memorable scenes, the assassination that takes place in rainy Amsterdam, shot from above so that the audience watches the action through the movement of a sea of umbrellas. Card has scattered handling wear w/creases along upper left margin and lt. dust soiling w/even aging. As professionally matted and framed, card still displays Fine.
