Item Description
First is 6” long in bright brass luster with metal plate reading “Self Starter.” Underside of plate has text “Name & Address Register/Kellogg’s Identification Bureau/Battle Creek/No 15005.” Second bracelet is 6.5” with metal plate featuring propeller and wing design over an image of the globe. Underside has facsimile signature of “Jack Knight”. He was a famous air mail pilot and served as “Commanding Officer” of Kellogg’s radio program Howie Wing Cadet Aviation Cors. This item is a Howie Wing premium although unlisted in Hake. Nice luster highlights remain on this and the first piece is essentially Mint. Two rarities.
