1.25" medal attached to 1" tall hanger. Reads "Trans-Mississippi And International Exposition." Has similar goddess image as item #645. Medal hangs from bar that says "June-Nov. 1898" and a corncob "Nebraska" below. Blank reverse of medal has 10% of luster off but o/w displays Exc.
